DAS – Digital Age Skills – Skills in Demand for the Jobs of Future 

The World is now encountering a rapid change due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution - a fusion of advances in Artificial Intelligence (AI), robotics, the Internet of Things (IoT), 3D Printing, genetic engineering, quantum computing, and other technologies. Therefore, lifelong learning and training are crucial to adapt to a newly emerging work environment and preventing negative displacements.

The primary objective of DAS is to find solutions for the displaced women from the world of labor because of both the technical reasons and the effects of COVID-19. 

In this respect, the project aims to: 

• define the skills, necessary for successful reskilling and upskilling;

• determine reskilling and upskilling approaches/methods through exchanging, sharing, and discussion among the partners;

• to develop and pilot a “skill toolkit”.
