The end results of AGROS project :
Main objective of the project is to improve and strengthen management and support capacity in incubator organisations as important Innovation Infrastructures.
IRIS will make the target group – specialists at business incubators, science and technology parks, other business and innovation support organizations – demonstrate higher management capacity and higher ability to support entrepreneurs, start-ups and SMEs in five priority areas. New support instruments will be available as a result of joint brain storming, development and practical tests. Strengthening the European economic fabric requires that their SMEs are competitive. On the path to their sustainable growth, EU SMEs still meet too many obstacles to get full access to venture capital and business opportunities. Some of FFWD EUROPE project partners have their own business acceleration scheme that proves efficient locally, although most of the partners perceive a lack of support from their regional authorities on the design and funding of measures related to facilitate the access to capital for SMEs.

The project aims to conduct a set of advanced training programs for employees of healthcare sector need to increase their technological skills and ethical competencies for what concern how digitalization health innovation can be implemented in a humanistic manner. The development process will involve academia, public health entities, SMEs, startups, entrepreneurs and business consultants.
The project aims to prepare a training course for trainers who will be able to give municipalities a clear and comprehensive explanation of what smart cities/villages would mean in their specific environment. Moreover, they will be also able to give a training to other trainers and thus contribute to further dissemination of project results.
Expected results: to achieve the above mentioned goal a set of intellectual outputs will be achieved during the project period. It will start with the survey of needs of municipalities and trainers. Following will be curriculum development. Next it is course materials development and an organisation of a webinar for training of trainers. Once all the materials of the course are finalised they will be internationalised, i.e. translated to local languages of the consortium. All the project’s course materials will be freely available in the form of Moodle course also after the end of the project. In order to even more strengthen the outcomes of the project its last part will be dedicated to organising national conferences in all the partner countries of the project.
Project aims to enableup-to-date content of software engineering education by (re-)designing the HE curriculum in several EU countries by systematically consulting a wide range of stakeholder groups and bringing in technical experts from companies in the ICT sector to help the design of lessons and educational materials. Strengthen ongoing dialogue and closer cooperation between industry and education to support mutual understanding of digital skills needs and encourage strong practical components in education. Stimulate work based learning in HE through creating opportunities for apprenticeships and other types of work-based learning in the field of ICT. Enhance HE students’ soft skills to foster professional career advancement.
Expected results: HE students will develop specific up-to-date skills & competences in software technologies and will benefit from enhanced soft skills that will support their better integration in the world of business, including co-worker and customer interaction. Academic staff will have the chance to update their teaching methods but also check their knowledge and skills against the realities of the business world while IT companies will benefit from the better-prepared HE students to enter the workforce with already developed relevant-to-the-market competences in software.
The general aim of the project is to support the uptake of organisational innovation by SMEs across Europe through the development, piloting and implementation of a holistic innovation coaching methodology using a multilevel approach - individual, group and organization. Following the FLOURISH methodology SMEs will be able to introduce new forms of work organisation, ensure stronger employee participation in innovation processes, advance the managerial techniques and draw lessons to build on in their continuous improvement.
BGI aims at fostering innovation power and the emergence of a powerful game business scene around the Baltic Sea, strengthening internationalisation and cooperation across stakeholders and countries, and finally making the region a game business hotspot with a joint branding. The core element is the installation of durable game incubation structures, programmes and schemes that effectively support the emergence and viability of game start-ups.

The main aim of this project is to assist women from rural areas in five partner countries (Iceland, UK, Lithuania, Croatia and Bulgaria) to become successful entrepreneurs with a focus on small business development.

The projects aims to support public and private sectors within the existing structures and in the long run inspire women to be more innovative in Baltic Sea Region. The project promotes new approaches to innovation support, i.e promote models that can bolster the innovation of innovatively marginalized groups and by extension the innovation capacity of SMEs.
The IoT4SMEs proposal pursues the main objective of qualifying new professionals able to support the digital transformation of the European companies exploiting to the advantages offered by the IoT (Internet of Things) technology.

Getting acquainted with good practices and examples of different vocational training practices during the planned international meetings by visiting the relevant local authorities (recruitment agency, vocational and technical schools and training centers, national education departments, chambers of commerce, industries, organized industrial zone).
