Project "SMART – Strategic mentoring in Artificial Intelligence for European SMEs"

Implementation period: 01-12-2024 – 30-11-2027

The aim of the project – to develop and enable an innovative learning programme that will help SME professionals to integrate AI tools and succeed in today's competitive environment.

To achieve the project's aim, the following objectives are set:

• to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the Industry 5.0 environment to understand the main trends and developments in the labour market;

• to conduct interviews with AI experts and SME professionals to assess challenges and needs;

• to analyse skills gaps in the labour market;

• to develop a "SMART" e-learning programme for SME professionals;

• to develop interactive training materials for SME managers;

• to identify areas of activity where SMEs can benefit from AI to increase their efficiency.
