EVOLUT 4.0 alumni: expanding in the innovation-open EU veterinary sector
Meet EQUUSIGHT, a team developing AI-based system for automated equine X-ray analysis! They have successfully completed pre-acceleration program EVOLUT 4.0 by Kaunas STP and are happy to share their milestones.
Rugilė Dauliūtė, a founder and a CEO of EQUUSIGHT:
- We contacted more than 1000 Veterinary clinics across Europe who helped us to test the prototype.
- Prototype is ready to use and provides veterinarians with a list of findings and ensures that no fractures and joint-pathology is overlooked in stud farms, equestrian centers, or veterinary clinics.
- Our team has grown a lot! Currently there are 4 AI & software development engineers, 3 veterinarians and 3 veterinary students who are working with clinics and doing researches.
- We have supportive mentors. The team of Softneta (Medical imaging and communication solutions), one of the Kaunas STP located companies, share their experience in the development of the medical devices for processing, visualization, and transmission of diagnostic medical data.
