Tech-Park Kaunas introduces the new Incubation Program for startups, which helps founders to innovate and overcome challenges.
"When you're running a startup, how to be profitable is not just a question on the test. It's a practical necessity which ultimately determines the viability of the idea and the business model. The Incubation Program provides startups with networking, events, and meetings with experts in their field, access to scientists and investors", says Tech-Park CEO Paulius Nezabitauskas.
Romanas Zontovičius, Head of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Department at Tech-Park Kaunas, believes that the impact of the Program also depends a lot on the founder's attitude. "It is often very difficult for the founders to take off rose-colored glasses when evaluating their business decisions. How to get the most out of the experts who participate in the Incubation Program? Open communication is a key factor. Founders shouldn't expect to hear just the pleasant thing they want to hear from the experts. They are here to give the startup an unbiased opinion", notes Romanas.
