A massive deployment of electric vehicles (EVs) can help to reduce the greenhouse gases (GHG) emissions and meet the international air pollution standards in crowed towns but also, this deployment can negatively impact on the electric grid, particularly in the distribution network. In this webminar, the main impacts of this deployment on the electric grid will be described and several actions to reduce these impacts will be analyzed.
