On October 26th-27th, the Northern and Baltics biggest innovation conference Nordic-Baltic Dynamics takes place in Stockholm, bringing together over 200 innovation promoters. The goal of the Baltic Sea Region innovation conference with 22 years long tradition is to enhance the cooperation between science and technology parks (STPs) and innovation ecosystem stakeholders in the Baltic and Northern countries. Organised in collaboration with Tallinn Science Park Tehnopol and Swedish Incubators & Science Park (SISP), the conference includes for the first time also delegates from Finland and Sweden. Early-bird tickets are sold until the end of August.
Main theme of the conference is Building Resilience for a Stronger Tomorrow. Four subtopics discuss the role of STPs in corporate innovation and technology transfer, the ways for increasing self-sustainability of STPs, the value proposition of STPs for different stakeholders and how that changes over time. Each programme topic is divided into a “sandwich-type” block where in addition to keynote presentation a hands-on teamwork is included.
In addition to the four topics, the conference programme contains government level welcome greetings from Estonia and Sweden, intriguing presentations on the themes of resilience, and overviews of the present and the future of innovation scene in the Baltic States, Finland and Sweden.
