Bringing neurodivergent workers into the tech workforce

The project aims to promote the inclusion of neurodivergent individuals – such as those with dyslexia, ADHD, or autism – within the Nordic and Baltic technology sectors. It brings together partners from Lithuania, Latvia, and Denmark to conduct research, share knowledge, and develop practical recommendations for more inclusive workplaces.

The aim of the project – to enhance inclusion in the Nordic and Baltic tech sectors by identifying challenges and developing practical recommendations for integrating neurodivergent workers. 

To achieve the project’s aim, the following objectives are set:

• to develop a questionnaire for technology sector companies about current working conditions for neurodivergent employees;
• to conduct a survey and collect data from companies in the partner countries;
• to analyse the survey data and summarize the findings;
• to prepare a handbook or create an online platform with practical recommendations for employers.
