I-BIS

IBIS has been developed to support the growth of start-ups based on a needs analysis from four European countries. IBIS training is based on Systems Thinking and assists participants to reflect on their business, development and growth from new perspectives and to take positive action and steps leading to sustainable growth.

The project will help grow and develop start-up business, by:

• Evaluating your business and its current position;
• Evaluating resource and capability assets;
• Learning how to make change and lead your growth;
• Identifying Key Performance Indicators;
• Preparing Your Organisation for Investment;
• Developing the correct feedback mechanisms to continually re-assess your organisation’s needs as it grows;
• Devising and implementing a Business Growth Plan;
• Supporting female entrepreneurship.

Project activities (achievements):

1-2 March, 2016 Kick-off meeting in Sheffield (United Kingdom): partners presented their organizations, and analyzed detailed project implementation plans;

Dissemination Strategy and plans are developed, project Social media channels are created;

Currently the Needs analysis is being developed: desk research, online business incubators and start-ups testing, focus group meeting analysis.
