Incubator of Students‘ Creative Ideas at... School!
Well this time we are speaking about a special school – ACS Athens, where we got an opportunity to meet a new initiative to develop entrepreneurship. Called Incubator of Students‘ Creative Ideas (ISCI), it is a place where imagination shapes reality. Not to mix it with maker-spaces, the Incubator is designed to facilitate and organize “learning projects”, for instance, innovative collection of clothes. Considering that classroom activities cannot assure the involvement in real-life projects, entrepreneurship and researches, this students-led initiative is an outside-the-box way to promote design thinking and entrepreneurship itself.
On November 9-11 Kaunas STP international projects team, Folksuniversiteit Uppsala, Simonas Daukantas Progymnasium and Lithuanian education system representatives visited education innovators in Athens.
