Kaunas STP encourages to take The Pie Day Challenge for a noble purpose

Kaunas Science and Technology Park continues the tradition and invites the entire innovation community to contribute.

Duration of the challenge: November 6-11.

How to take the challenge?

1)      Bake a pie for your team or relatives:

200 g of flour

120 g of natural yogurt

2 eggs

60 g of butter

80 g of dates

3 bananas

3 medium-sized carrots

2 ½ teaspoons of baking powder

a pinch of salt

pinch of cinnamon

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and set aside. Stir in the dates in the melted butter. Mix the bananas and carrots separately, add the butter and dates mixture, stir in the yoghurt and beaten eggs. At the end - add the flour mixture and mix everything well. Bake in 180 ° C oven for ~ 45-60 min.

2)      Take a picture your pie and post on Facebook or Instagram adding #KaunoMTP #gerumopyragas. Most liked one will get prizes J We will count the likes on November 11.
